Noy and I met in Bezalel, studying Visual Communication. We were in class together, and started dating in the second semester of the first (!) year. I focused on Illustration, he on Typography and graphic design. Looking back, these years in Jerusalem were of the best in my life.
Noy wanted a simple looking ring. And him, as other boys, wanted the ring to "do" something, other than being a ring. So I designed the "play ring", Its made from 2 rings, one revolving around the other, fun to spin around with your fingers.
For my ring, I went looking in fabric stores for a nice lace that might inspire me. I love an antique look and the emotions it brings, of history and family.
I went with red Gold for my ring's antique concept, moreover, because of the technique I used the ring came out with many holes and flaws which I decided to leave on, I thought it was charming, like I found the ring in an archeological dig or something…
For Noy's ring I chose the White "Champagne" Gold, and the hammering on the ring added to his masculine hands and to a more "used", rugged look.
Our wedding was really magical, in Old Jaffa, in an Arabic architecture house. It was very intimate and emotional.

I designed these rings for Iris and Oran.
Iris wanted a massive ring and Oran loved the idea and wanted a male version of the same.
Usually guys want a simpler more solid design. I have a fantasy that one day a guy would ask me for a crazy ring in 22k Gold.
After we discussed the designs, and Iris and Oran were about to leave, they mentioned, "one more thing, we will be flying to Berlin in three weeks, and we want the rings before leaving."
The challenge in this design was to make the ring comfortable, for the finger and for the wallet…Therefore, the ring had to be hollow, and the polishing had to be very bright.
I always start with the girl's ring, its usually more challenging, and I love a lot of Gold…
Unfortunately, I couldn't make it to the wedding, but I felt a part of me was there, with them.

I designed these rings for Waxman and Tali, our most outgoing friends, "The Good Living Channel" kind of people.
Waxman is Noy's friend from the army. They have many stories from back then…
Tali is a beautiful girl, and when I saw her slim fingers I knew she needed a delicate and special ring.
She wanted a design that would repeat all around the ring. Waxman wanted a ring like the one I made for Noy, I call it, a "play ring"- It's made from 2 rings, one revolving around the other and it's fun to spin around with your fingers.
I enjoyed making Tali's ring, it was challenging to make the waves- equal and constant, I love the lacy look of the ring.
The best part of this work was when they took us to a Japanese Restaurant and we ate and drank a-l-o-t. Noy and I felt again like the young outgoing couple we used to be before little Jasmine came to our lives.
The wedding was beautiful, on the beach in Cesarea, the food was amazing and there was a guest performance of Shlomi Saranga.

Gitit and Nimrod is a very cute couple. They have a boxer and they treat it like their own child. They began as roommates, fell in love and eventually decided to get married. Nimrod wanted to surprise Gitit and on her Birthday took her to a romantic cabin up north and proposed. We met before and designed the engagement ring, we picked a Gem stone- Garnet, that also strengths commitments and focuses emotions.
After that success, it was obvious that I would design their wedding rings as well.
They both wanted a very simple design, in red Gold, his shinny, hers mat polish.
Gitit wanted to wear the ring on her thumb
.
The wedding was in the Kibbutz Gitit grew up in, by the pool. It was a week before my delivery so I could barely move and the only thing I could remember from the wedding were the energetic kicks that I felt in my belly. I could tell people felt sorry for me by the expressions on their faces
